Nursery Teaching Assistant

Nursery teaching assistants help support the nursery teacher in educating and interacting with children from the age of 3. These early school years begin the foundation of a child’s education and provide an opportunity to develop new skills and interact with other children in a classroom environment.

As a nursery teaching assistant, you will help plan and organise both fun and educational activities that will encourage young children to begin growing and prepare them for their future school experience. Alongside the nursery teacher, you will also work to ensure children’s personal development and needs are taken care of. It is so important children learn to love and look forward to nursery school as it is an essential part of learning lifelong behaviours and learning techniques.
