About you:- Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school or education setting.
- Confident in managing groups of students and promoting positive behaviour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in supporting the education and development of young people.
Key responsibilities: - Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that they stay on task and follow the lesson plan provided
- Assist students with any questions they may have about the work and provide guidance where needed.
- Maintain order and discipline in the classroom, following the school’s behaviour policies.
- Step into different classrooms and subjects as needed, quickly adjusting to varying classroom dynamics.
