Teaching Assistant – Full-Time (Sutton)

Pay: £500–£550 per week
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

We are seeking a supportive, proactive, and compassionate TA to join a warm and inclusive primary school community in Sutton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support across Early Years or KS1
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons and targeted interventions
• Support pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEN
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment
• Work closely with teachers to prepare resources and support daily routines

 
About you

• Previous experience supporting children in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach
• Passion for helping young learners develop confidence and achieve their goals
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting pupils’ well-being
