This full-time, long-term position offers a brilliant opportunity to work directly with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every young person is encouraged to succeed.
The role offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.
About the Role:- Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students across multiple subjects and year groups
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons that meet a wide range of learning needs
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO and wider support staff to implement personalised interventions and track student progress
- Encourage independence, positive behaviour, and academic confidence among learners
