• Experience working with young people, ideally within a school or educational environment.

Key responsibilities:
• Supervise classes when the teacher is absent, ensuring students remain focused and follow the set lesson plan.
• Support students by answering questions and offering guidance where needed.
• Maintain a calm, orderly classroom environment in line with the school’s behaviour policies.
• Adapt quickly when covering a range of subjects and classrooms.
