A friendly and inclusive secondary school in Redbridge, East London is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their committed support team from January, on a full-time, long-term basis through to the end of the academic year.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and is keen to make a meaningful difference within a positive, nurturing, and high-expectations school environment.
The position offers a daily rate of up to £110, dependent on experience.
The Role:- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support across a range of subjects and year groups
- Assist class teachers in adapting lessons to ensure learning is accessible for all students
- Work closely with the SENCO and inclusion team to implement individual support plans
- Encourage independence, resilience, and positive attitudes to learning
- Help maintain a calm, structured, and supportive classroom setting
