A dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Westminster, West London is looking for a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive inclusion team.

This full-time, long-term position offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to foster a positive, inclusive environment where every learner is encouraged to reach their full potential.

The role is offered at a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support across various subjects and year groups
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging, accessible lessons that accommodate a wide range of learning needs
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO and wider support team to implement and monitor individualised intervention plans
  • Encourage independence, positive behaviour, and resilience in students
