The Role:- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils.
- Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
- Support children with additional needs when required.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience working in a primary school.
- A calm, patient and proactive approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- A willingness to learn and grow as part of a dynamic school team.
