We're currently working with a welcoming and well-regarded two-form entry primary school in North London who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a supportive school environment, or for a seasoned TA ready for a new challenge. The role is full-time, term-time only, and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role:
  • Supporting the class teacher across all areas of learning.
  • Working with small groups and 1:1 with pupils, including those with SEN.
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and resource management.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
  • Contributing to the wider school community and values.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive.
