Role Responsibilities:- Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging, effective lessons.
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with SEND.
- Assisting in planning and preparing learning materials.
- Helping maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress under the guidance of the teacher.
Requirements:- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- A proactive, caring, and patient approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners.
