A respected and inclusive secondary school in Southwark, South-East London is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their well-established Inclusion Faculty starting September 2025.
This full-time, long-term role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant with prior experience working with young people, especially those with additional learning needs, who are looking to build on their skills in a supportive and rewarding school environment.
This exciting opportunity in Southwark, South-East London offers up to £115 per day for the right candidate!
About the Role:- Provide focused academic support to students across Key Stages 3 to 5 through both 1:1 and small group work
- Assist in delivering high-quality learning both within and outside the mainstream classroom
- Run intervention sessions, particularly in core subjects like English and Maths
- Support students with a variety of additional needs, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and English as an Additional Language (EAL)
- Work in close partnership with teaching staff, SEND professionals, and members of the Inclusion team to ensure personalised student support
