A high-achieving and inclusive all-through school in Havering, East London is seeking a committed and driven Learning Support Assistant to join their dynamic team this September 2025. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work with dedicated educators and play a pivotal role in supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 to 5, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), in a school that prioritises academic excellence and pastoral care.
This is a full-time, long-term position based in Havering, East London offering up to £110 per day for the right candidate!
The Role:- Deliver 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with SEND
- Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across the secondary phase
- Support the implementation of personalised learning strategies and support plans
- Help create a nurturing and structured learning environment for all students
