This long-term position offers a competitive salary between M1 (£37,868) and UPS3 (£56,154), depending on experience.
This forward-thinking school is seeking a Business specialist who can deliver engaging and purposeful lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 experience highly welcomed but not essential. You will be joining a committed, well-resourced department that places great emphasis on collaboration, high expectations, and excellent outcomes for all learners.
In this role, you will design and deliver dynamic lessons that develop students’ understanding of key business concepts, financial awareness, enterprise skills, and practical application of real-world scenarios. The successful candidate will help maintain the school’s high standards and contribute positively to the learning environment.
What the School is Looking for:- A qualified Business Studies Teacher with QTS or a PGCE in Business or a related subject
- Experience teaching Business Studies up to KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to foster a purposeful learning atmosphere
- Confident planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and relevant business lessons
- A genuine passion for Business and supporting students in developing key skills
