The Role:

• Work closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day classroom activities.
• Assist in delivering engaging lessons and targeted interventions.
• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and encourage progress and engagement.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working in a primary school,
• Is patient, proactive, and committed to helping children thrive.
• Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Has a good understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
