The Role:- Work closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day classroom activities.
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons and targeted interventions.
- Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and encourage progress and engagement.
We're Looking For Someone Who:- Has experience working in a primary school,
- Is patient, proactive, and committed to helping children thrive.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Has a good understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
