The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers and the SEND team to support students across a range of subjects. You'll provide one-to-one and small group support, helping to remove barriers to learning and ensuring every student feels supported and included.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-class and individual support to students, particularly those with SEND
- Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored interventions
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help track and report on student progress
- Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
The Ideal Candidate:- Has previous experience working with young people, especially those with SEND
- Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
