A supportive and ambitious Secondary School in Havering, East London is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This full-time, long-term position is an excellent opportunity to work with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and contribute to an inclusive school environment where every young person is encouraged to succeed.

The role offers a daily rate of up to £110, depending on experience.

About the Role:
  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support across a variety of subjects and key stages
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging, accessible lessons for all learners
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO and support team to implement personalised interventions
  • Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and academic confidence in students
