About the Role:- Provide focused 1:1 and small-group support across a range of subjects and year groups
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons that meet the needs of all learners
- Work closely with the SENCO and wider support staff to put personalised interventions into practice
- Promote confidence, independence, and positive learning habits in the classroom
