Salary: £500 - £600 per week (dependant on experience)

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their personal learning goals.
Your key duties will include:- Providing targeted 1:1 support to a pupil with specific learning or developmental needs.
- Assisting in the delivery of individual education and behaviour plans under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo.
- Supporting speech and language interventions, fine/gross motor development, or occupational therapy-based activities.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
- Liaising with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
About YouWe are looking for a compassionate, patient, and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with SEND pupils, ideally on a 1:1 basis within a school setting.
- Relevant qualifications or training in Speech and Language or Occupational Therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible, team-oriented attitude and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
- The ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
