About the Role: As an LSA, youâ??ll work closely with class teachers to support pupilsâ?? academic, social, and emotional development. This role will involve supporting individuals or small groups, including pupils with special educational needs, to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
- Assist pupils with SEND to access the curriculum effectively
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion across the classroom
- Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
- Contribute to a nurturing and supportive school environment
About You:- Previous experience working in a primary school
- A patient, caring and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children success
