About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, youâ??ll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Youâ??ll work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across a range of subjects, providing individual and small-group support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities
- Assist pupils with their learning, ensuring every child feels supported and encouraged
- Provide additional help to pupils with SEND or those who may need extra guidance
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Supervise pupils during break and lunch times when required
About You:- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
