This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Working closely with teachers and the SEND department, youâ??ll play an important role in creating a positive learning environment, delivering interventions, and helping students to succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across a variety of KS3 and KS4 subjects.
- Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support to meet individual learning needs.
- Assist students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Promote an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Contribute to lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and the development of resources.
What Weâ??re Looking For- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting (paid or voluntary).
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
