Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference by providing tailored support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Working closely with teachers and the SEND department, youâ??ll help create a positive learning environment, deliver targeted interventions, and encourage every student to achieve both academically and personally.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across a range of KS3 and KS4 subjects.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support tailored to individual student needs.
- Assist students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Contribute to lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource development.
What Weâ??re Looking For- Experience working with young people in an educational setting (paid or voluntary).
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Early Career Teachers or graduates considering teaching are welcome to apply.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices.
