Roles and Responsibilities- Supporting Learning: Assisting in the delivery of lessons by preparing materials, working with small groups, and providing one-to-one support where needed.
- SEN support: Offering tailored support to children with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum
- Monitoring pupil engagement and providing feedback to teachers to help track progress
- Supporting pupils in following school behaviour expectations, while helping them develop confidence and independence
- Help to maintain a well-organised, inclusive and engaging learning environment as well as assisting with playground and lunchtime duties when required
What weâ??re looking for- Previous experience working in a Primary School setting (preferred)
- A patient, positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with children and staff
- A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs, including SEN
- Strong communication skill and a proactive approach to teamwork
