We are a specialist setting in Redhill that supports children and young people with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. Our aim is to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every pupil is valued and supported to reach their full potential.

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support pupilsâ?? learning on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support strategies.
  • Help children develop their communication, social, and independence skills.
  • Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
 
What Weâ??re Looking For
  • Experience working with children or young people (school or SEN experience essential).
  • A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Willingness to undertake training (full training will be provided).
