We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming primary school in the North West, recently rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Help create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
