We are seeking a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to join this very special secondary school in South East London!

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Based in Post-16 provision
- Delivering the Preparing for Adulthood (PFA) Curriculum
- Supporting learners with complex and diverse SEN
- Arranging and facilitating classroom and community based learning
We've been asked to find someone with strong experience in this area whose passion for their work shines through!
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar school or college
- Ideally have worked with Post-16 learners
- Be skilled in de-escalation and behaviour management
- Have excellent communication skills
- Stay calm naturally in dynamic situations
- Be able to understand and follow best practice relating to education and safeguarding
