Key Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and engaging learning activities
  • Provide focused support to individual pupils or small groups, including those with additional needs
  • Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-structured learning environment
  • Supervise pupils during break times, school outings, and transitions
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other staff to support pupil progress and development
  • Build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence, independence, and well-being
  • Contribute to school life by supporting events, trips, and enrichment activities
