Horizon Teachers is working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Haringey to find a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time position supporting children with special educational needs in KS1 or KS2, both in small groups and one-to-one. The school offers a caring and inclusive atmosphere where staff and pupils feel valued a fantastic place to make a real difference.
The Role:
We're looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who need extra support with their learning, behaviour, or emotional development. You'll help create a positive and engaging learning environment, working alongside teachers to adapt activities and provide consistent encouragement and guidance.
