We are partnering with a warm and inclusive primary school in Ealing seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference to children's lives not just support learning but help pupils feel understood, supported, and confident every day.

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with a range of additional needs (including behaviour, anxiety, and communication difficulties).
  • Work across KS1 and KS2, ensuring each child feels calm, focused, and included.
  • Use creative and flexible approaches to help pupils achieve academic and social progress.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and the SENCO to adapt strategies and monitor progress.
  • Be a patient, reliable presenceeven on the more challenging days.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEND (ideally in a school setting).
  • A calm, compassionate approach to behaviour management.
  • Quick-thinking, positive, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent listening skills, teamwork, and the determination never to give up on a child.
  • A genuine passion for helping pupils feel safe, supported, and successful.
