We are a welcoming and inclusive primary school in West London with a specialist Additional Resource Provision (ARP) for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our aim is to provide a nurturing and structured environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND ARP Primary Teacher to lead learning within our specialist provision. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a small group of pupils, ensuring they receive the personalised support and high-quality teaching they need.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupilsâ?? individual needs.
  • Using a range of teaching strategies to support communication, social, and academic development.
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to create a consistent and holistic approach.
  • Monitoring progress, maintaining records, and contributing to EHCP reviews.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil feels valued.
 
What Weâ??re Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally in an ARP, resource base, or specialist setting.
  • Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with ASD, speech and language needs, or social/emotional needs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion.
