Are you a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) TA looking for an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of primary school students? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic SEMH TA to join an SEMH provision in Aveley, Essex. This is a rewarding and challenging role that will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:
· Implement and reinforce behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
· De-escalate challenging behaviours calmly and effectively, helping students to regulate emotions and actions.
· Support the academic and personal development of students, fostering

Qualifications and Experience:
· Strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
· Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
· Experience working in a PRU or alternative provision setting (desirable but not essential).
