Are you an experienced School Administrator with a strong background in education?
Horizon Teachers are working alongside a Primary School based in Islington that are requiring an Administrator to join their office team, starting in October. on a full-time long-term basis If you have a proven track record in school administration, with experience using SIMS or Integris we want to hear from you.
As the first point of contact for our school, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
School Administrator duties -
- Front Desk Duties: Greeting visitors, parents, and students, and providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining student records.
- Communication: Handling phone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication within the school community.
- General office tasks.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Supporting staff and students as needed during busy periods.
Key Requirements -
- Previous experience in school administration.
- Previous experience with MIS systems /SIMS is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
