Salary: £44,236 - £46,338 per annum

Your Role:- Take full responsibility for the planning, delivery and assessment of a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum
- Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that supports the spiritual, moral, emotional and academic development of every child
- Embed the schoolâ??s core values of love, kindness and respect into daily routines, behaviour expectations and teaching practices
- Use creative and reflective approaches to teaching, incorporating a variety of resources and strategies to meet the needs of learners â?? including those with SEND and EAL
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and senior leaders to continuously improve teaching and learning outcomes across the school
About you:- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation and pastoral care skills
- Is reflective, resilient and passionate about supporting children from diverse background
