Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge all learners
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student wellbeing and academic success
• Work collaboratively with year group partners and support staff to plan and assess effectively
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, progress and pupil outcomes
• Contribute to the wider school life through enrichment activities and school events
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What weâ??re looking for

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective classroom practice
• Is reflective, motivated and open to new ideas and professional learning
• Shares our commitment to inclusion, high standards, and safeguarding
