This well-established school is celebrated for its inclusive ethos and warm, multicultural environment. It was recently rated "Good" by Ofsted, with particular praise for its strong SEND provision and excellent pastoral care.
The school is led by an experienced and approachable leadership team and is easily accessible by public transport, just a short walk from a Station and well-served by local bus routes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide targeted 1:1 or small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
- Work alongside class teachers to help deliver engaging and accessible lessons.
- Support classroom routines and positive behaviour strategies.
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and the school SENCO.
- Help to create a nurturing, supportive classroom environment.
Ideal Candidate:- Has previous experience working with children in a school, care, or youth setting.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a positive mindset.
- Communicates clearly and can follow guidance from teaching staff.
- Is organised, flexible, and reliable.
