Learning Support Assistant to help students reach their full potential in a secondary school based in South East London. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students with additional needs, including providing
1:1 support for SEN students, whilst working closely with teachers to deliver targeted assistance.

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students.
- Experience supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities is highly desirable.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the changing needs of students.
- Confident working 1:1 with SEN students and within small groups.
