Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Autism and ADHD Specialist
Location: Redbridge Area, London
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Horizon Teachers are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join an outstanding primary school in the Redbridge area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with children who have diverse learning needs and contribute to their educational journey.

About the Role:

• Provide tailored support to primary-aged students with autism and ADHD.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement personalized learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions and assessments.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with autism and ADHD.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support preferred.
