We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work in primary school across South West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are caring, committed, and eager to support children with SEND or those who require 1:1 support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEND 
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted learning interventions
  • Support students both academically and emotionally to help them achieve their potential
  • Encourage pupil engagement through differentiated activities and positive reinforcement
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, adapting strategies where necessary
  • Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school, SEN, or care setting
  • Passionate about education and committed to helping children succeed
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent behaviour management skills
  • Able to work well as part of a team and follow guidance from teaching staff
