Your Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support.
• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Assist with learning resources, interventions, and progress tracking
