The role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborating with teachers to implement individualised educational plans
• Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Offering encouragement and motivation to help students overcome challenges
