We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Brent. This is a full-time position starting in September 2025, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young learners and making a lasting impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping pupils reach their full potential.
- Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and general administrative tasks.
- Promote positive behaviour and help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:- Experience working with children in KS1.
- A genuine passion for education and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
