Are you a qualified HLTA looking to take the next step in your education career? We are working closely with a forward-thinking and inclusive KS2 primary school in East London, who are seeking a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HLTA who enjoys leading small groups and covering whole-class lessons when needed.
About the Role:- Support teaching and learning in Key Stage 2.
- Lead small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and targeted learning.
- Provide whole-class cover in the teacher's absence.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan, assess, and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Support the emotional and behavioural needs of pupils to ensure full engagement in class.
The Ideal Candidate Will:- Have strong experience in KS2.
- Be confident delivering lessons and managing the classroom independently.
- Be proactive, flexible, and highly organised.
