Your Role:
Covering lessons across EYFS KS2 in the absence of class teachers
Leading engaging group sessions and interventions in core subjects
Supporting classroom routines, behaviour management and inclusive practice
Collaborating with teachers and SLT to raise attainment and support all learners
Bringing energy, ideas, and flexibility to a fast-paced school day
