Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive team.

Key Stages 3 and 4, both in their academic progress and personal development. As an HLTA, youâ??ll work closely with teachers and the SEND department, provide tailored interventions, lead small group learning, and on occasion deliver lessons to ensure every student can thrive.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support teaching and learning across a range of KS3 and KS4 subjects
- Deliver planned lessons in the absence of a teacher
- Provide one-to-one and small-group interventions based on individual student needs
- Assist students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environment
- Contribute to lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom organisation
What Weâ??re Looking For- Experience working in a school or educational setting (paid or voluntary)
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification (or a willingness to work towards it)
- A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and support students to achieve their best
