Graduate Teaching Assistant

A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Islington, North London is seeking a motivated and passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their well-regarded Inclusion Faculty starting in September 2025.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for a recent graduate looking to explore a career in teaching, educational psychology, or student support services.

Located in Islington, North London, this full-time, long-term role offers up to £110 per day!

About the Role:

• Provide dedicated academic support to students through 1:1 and small group sessions across Key Stages 3 to 5
• Offer in-class support and lead structured intervention sessions outside of the mainstream classroom setting
• Help boost achievement in core subjects particularly English and Maths by supporting students in narrowing learning gaps
• Work with learners with a range of additional needs, including those with SEND and students who speak English as an Additional Language (EAL)
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, SEND specialists, and the wider inclusion team to ensure all students are supported effectively
