An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Redbridge, East London is searching for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a future in teaching or looking to gain further experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This full-time, long-term role offers between £90 and £110 per day and will last till the end of the academic year!

About the Role:

  • Provide individual and small group support to students with SEND across Key Stages 3 - 5
  • Adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility for all learners
  • Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and self-confidence both in and outside the classroom
  • Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and support staff to deliver tailored interventions and support plans
  • Play an active role in raising achievement and ensuring all students reach their potential
