A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Westminster, West London is seeking a motivated and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated Inclusion Department.
This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for recent graduates keen to gain valuable school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, or student support.
The position offers up to £110 per day, depending on experience.
The Role:- Provide targeted support to students both 1:1 and in small group settings across Key Stages 3â??5
- Assist in lessons and deliver structured interventions outside of the classroom environment
- Support pupils in key subjects, particularly English and Maths, helping to raise attainment and close learning gaps
- Work with students who may have additional needs, including SEND and EAL
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the wider Inclusion team to ensure all learners reach their full potential
