Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

We're working in partnership with a number of high-performing primary schools in Hackney who are looking for a committed and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to support their youngest learners in Nursery and Reception.

The Role:- Support pupils aged 3-5 in Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Assist the class teacher with daily routines, observations, and activity planning.
- Deliver small group work and one-to-one support, especially around early literacy and numeracy.
- Promote a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child feels valued.
The Ideal Candidate Will:- Have previous experience working in an EYFS or early childhood setting.
- Be confident supporting learning through play, phonics, and early communication.
- Be nurturing, proactive, and highly motivated.
