We're working with a lovely, community-focused Children's Centre in North West London, and they are looking for a nurturing, committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support key children in small groups and 1:1, helping them develop language, social, and early literacy/numeracy skills.
  • Engage children through creative play, sensory activities, and outdoor learning.
  • Help create a space where children feel safe, confident, and curious.
  • Work closely with families and the wider team to build strong, nurturing relationships.

Who We're Looking For:
  • A genuine passion for early years and helping little ones grow.
  • Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, reception class or childcare setting.
  • Patience, positivity, and a child-first approach.
  • Understanding of EYFS and developmental milestones.
