- Strong leadership and an experienced EYFS team.

Your Responsibilities:- Support key children in small groups and 1:1, helping them develop language, social, and early literacy/numeracy skills.
- Engage children through creative play, sensory activities, and outdoor learning.
- Help create a space where children feel safe, confident, and curious.
- Work closely with families and the wider team to build strong, nurturing relationships.
Who We're Looking For:- A genuine passion for early years and helping little ones grow.
- Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, reception class or childcare setting.
- Patience, positivity, and a child-first approach.
- Understanding of EYFS and developmental milestones.
