Key responsibilities: - Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that they stay on task and follow the lesson plan provided
- Assist students with any questions they may have about the work and provide guidance where needed.
- Maintain order and discipline in the classroom, following the schoolâ??s behaviour policies.
- Step into different classrooms and subjects as needed, quickly adjusting to varying classroom dynamics.
